The Big Buster Hammer is based on Pennsylvania's special PennAlloy 2000 Forged Steel Hammer. Every hammer carries a lot number that enables PCC to track its entire production history, from the original heat through certified chemistry and hardness. Even before it is hardfaced, this basic hammer far outperforms ordinary hammers. Then, Pennsylvania adds special alloy hardfacing on both working faces.
