The Pennsylvania Screen Bar Design

This unique patented profile bar is designed with parallel wear surfaces 1" deep. This maintains a uniform opening between adjacent bars so that the product size will not vary through their entire service life.

The bottom taper of this bar prevents clogging between bars, a common problem in ordinary bars, while providing the strength to withstand the most severe service. Examine the drawing below and you can see why this screen bar promotes fast, unrestricted passage of the sized product.
